We are A General Dentistry Practice
Everyone should see a general dentist for routine oral health examinations, twice-yearly cleanings, and treatment of routine oral health complications, such as tooth decay. General dentistry is as much about prevention as it is about treatment. Patients who visit a general dentist can expect professional oral health care, as well as education and advisement about self-care between office visits.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance plans other than Denti-Cal
No. Our practice is limited to low-income uninsured and Denti-Cal Fee for Service patients only. Please bring your state issued Benefit Identification Card (BIC) so we can verify your eligibility
My children are uninsured. Do I have to bring proof of income?
Yes, we need proof of total family income from you. A pay stub or tax return is the best proof of income. Other items include your BIC card, statement of CA State benefits (such as Cal Fresh or other benefits your family is receiving) with your benefit amount shown.
My children and I have Denti-Cal (Medi-Cal Dental). What do I have to bring to my appointment?
You will need to bring your children’s Denti-Cal Benefits Identification Card (BIC Card).
How much will treatment cost?
There is no charge for treatment for your children, either uninsured or covered by Denti-Cal.
My children are being treated at the Dental Center. Will you provide treatment for my husband and myself?
Yes we will treat you and your husband as adult family members of your children/students we are treating. If you have Denti-Cal please bring your BIC card. If you are uninsured we need you to bring proof of income to your appointment.
Every Child Deserves To Smile
Assistance League of Pomona Valley’s Dental Center has been delivering smiles to children for over 33 years. This wonderful letter is from Patty Wilbur, a 36 year old former patient from 26 years ago, who is writing to thank us for what we did for her as a child. We are thankful to still be delivering smiles to children and their family members.

We love to see you smile!
